# Command: prep-tomorrows-meetings

Assemble comprehensive meeting preparation materials for all external meetings scheduled for the next calendar day.

## Inputs

- **Calendar source** — where to fetch tomorrow's meetings (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook); defaults to your primary calendar
- **Meeting threshold** — minimum duration (minutes) to include in dossier; defaults to 15 minutes
- **Attendee database** — CRM or contact system for participant enrichment; optional
- **Output format** — organization preference (chronological, by attendee, by topic); defaults to chronological
- **Focus areas** — topics to prioritize (e.g., contract terms, product roadmap); optional

## Steps

1. Pull all meetings from tomorrow's calendar; filter for external attendees and those exceeding your meeting threshold.
2. Identify each external participant and gather their company, role, recent interactions, and known priorities.
3. Retrieve context on each meeting: prior discussions, unresolved items, and expected outcomes.
4. Compile background materials: relevant documents, proposals, prior correspondence, and market intelligence.
5. Structure the dossier: organize by meeting start time, with attendee profiles, talking points, and relevant documents for each meeting.
6. Prepare summary briefs for any critical topics or decisions that may arise.

## Constraints

- Research and propose strategy only; travel bookings and payments are executed separately, not as part of this command.
- Materials must be ready by 6 am on the meeting day.

Done when: dossier for each external meeting is compiled, reviewed, and accessible before 6 am.
