Build Target List
Generate an ICP-filtered, qualified prospect list from open-web research.
Inputs
- ICP Definition — company size, industry, geography, revenue range, growth stage. Example: "B2B SaaS, Series A-C, $10M-100M ARR, US-based"
- Target Count — number of prospects to research (10-100). Default: 50
- Qualification Signals — specific pain points, technologies, or buying intent signals to prioritize. Optional.
- Delivery Format — CSV, JSON, or formatted list. Default: CSV with name, title, company, domain, confidence score
Steps
- Document your ICP parameters and key customer success stories to anchor research signals.
- Execute web-search against ICP industry keywords, trending buyer conferences, and category signals.
- Enrich candidates using company-research to pull domain, headcount, funding stage, and revenue estimates.
- Retrieve decision-maker profiles with contact-finder to surface founders, C-suite, and email addresses.
- Score and rank prospects using lead-scoring against your ICP fit and qualification signals.
- Deduplicate results and remove low-confidence entries (score below 70 if using 0-100 scale).
- Format and export the qualified list in your chosen delivery format.
Constraints
- Do not include message templates or outreach copy; save those for a separate sequencing task.
- Allocate 20-30 minutes per 50 prospects for full research; adjust scope if budget is tight.
- Verify email format and domain ownership before using list for outreach.
Done when: You have a ranked, deduplicated list of 10+ prospects with names, titles, companies, and confidence scores.
