Read and write contract records and metadata in the org contract-lifecycle tool via an Integration row.

Parse contract files and extract key terms and a plain-language summary for human review — never advice.

Poll envelope status via the provider API and nudge non-signers (sending envelopes is out of scope).

Turn extracted obligations and renewal dates into memory entries plus scheduled 90/60/30-day board tasks.

Monitor regulator sites for tracked topics on a schedule and produce cited change digests.

Give every compliance item due next quarter an owner and a scheduled reminder, and deliver the gap report.

Attach a contract summary and red-flag list to an approval task assigned to counsel.
